Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Because our products are food items, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns of jars once shipped or delivered. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers and weather; we are not responsible for delays after a package leaves our hands or for packages left unattended after a confirmed delivery.

Food Products and Allergens

Our products are handmade in small batches. Some products may be produced in a home kitchen under the Texas Cottage Food Law and are labeled accordingly; such kitchens are not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services or a local health department. Please read each jar's label for ingredients. Our kitchen handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee any product is free of cross-contact. Refrigerate after opening and use within a reasonable time.

Wholesale

Wholesale pricing, minimums, and terms are arranged separately by agreement. Submitting a wholesale inquiry does not create a wholesale relationship until we confirm terms with you.
